At 68, David Caruso looks unrecognizable

Many people wonder what happened to once-famous celebrities like David Caruso. Once a household name, Caruso is now 68 and looks quite different from how fans remember him.

Born in 1956 in Queens, New York, Caruso had a tough childhood but pursued acting with determination. He had small roles in First Blood and An Officer and a Gentleman, but rose to fame as Detective John Kelly in NYPD Blue. His time on the show was brief due to creative and salary disputes, which many saw as a mistake in his career.

He struggled with film roles afterward, but made a huge comeback in 2002 as Horatio Caine in CSI: Miami. The show ran for 10 seasons and made him an icon again.

After the series ended, Caruso retired from acting and has kept a low profile. Recently spotted looking quite different, his changed appearance is likely due to natural aging, not health issues.

It’s always interesting to see how stars like Caruso are doing after leaving the spotlight—fans are glad to see him again after all these years.
