According to authorities, the child had slipped away from home unnoticed and was later spotted in the water by a nearby resident who immediately called 911. Bodycam footage shows the officer sprinting into the backyard and diving into the pool without hesitation.
The boy was pulled out just in time and is now safe, thanks to the officer’s fast response.
